Who is artist Jeremiah Logemann of Flags Over Wisconsin?

Left-handed creator • Small business owner • Volunteer Firefighter • Founder of Pickup Artists, a non-profit • Dog dad

He grew up in the small town of Mineral Point, Wis. where you either farmed and wrestled, or just wrestled. This creative adventure started one night when he saw a picture of JJ Watt’s Defensive Player of the Year trophy and behind it was a beautiful American Flag made from barn wood. Never taking a shop class but not being able to afford to buy a flag like this, he reclaimed barn wood from farmers that would let him until he had the right parts for the flag. Posting a picture of his creation late one night, he woke to find orders for ten flags by morning. It became a full-time job two months later with the vow to always create art that any Wisconsinite could afford.

The reclaimed woodwork is the main business. Beyond that, Jeremiah eats, sleeps and breathes Wisconsin. No matter the folds in the land, the waves in the lakes, the sports in the stadium or the drinks in the glass. These gifts and gear are a direct reflection of Jeremiah and his endearing love of his home state. He’s what you would call Wisconsiny

The picture that started everything.

The picture that started everything.

I hope to someday share this story with JJ. This is but a very small part in how that man inspires and exemplifies greatness.
